Angela is a Project Management Professional (PMP ®), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), and Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA) with over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Auditing in the Federal Government, Corporate and Public Accounting Industry. 

As one of the Founders, Angela established ARC Consulting US in 2023 with a vision to assist Federal Government Agencies in achieving auditability by supporting the people and their mission. 

As the Chief Executive Officer, Angela provides leadership and vision for ARC Consulting US. She is responsible for the company’s mission, goals and growth objectives, while providing the best quality services to clients, and developing and retaining relations with our outstanding teaming partners.

Angela received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and is a member of the Professional Management Institute (PMI), the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) and the Institute for Internal Controls (ICC). She holds a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance.

Angela lives with her three children and cat, Brutus in Northern Virginia.

Mian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Government Finance Manager (CGFM), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA), and Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 25 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting industry, working in both public and private sectors.

As one of the Founders, Mian established ARC Consulting in 2023 US with a vision to assist Federal Government Agencies in achieving auditability by supporting the people and their mission. 

As the Chief Financial Officer, Mian provides leadership and vision for ARC Consulting US. He is responsible for the company’s mission, goals, growth objectives and financials, and while providing the best quality services to clients, and developing and retaining relations with our outstanding teaming partners.

Mian received his Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) in Accounting from Punjab University and is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA), the Association of Government Accountants (AGA), the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) and the Institute for Internal Controls (ICC). He holds a Secret Clearance.

Mian lives with his wife, three children and mother in Northern Virginia.   

John is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Greenbelt (CSSGB), and a member of the Virginia State Bar with over 21 years of consulting experience on Federal engagements focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, data management and visualization.

As one of the Founders, John established ARC Consulting US in 2023 with a vision to assist Federal Government Agencies in achieving auditability by supporting the people and their mission. 

As the Chief Information Officer, John provides leadership and vision for ARC Consulting US. He is responsible for ensuring the company has the tools, training, and access to accomplish its mission, goals and growth objectives, while providing the best quality services to clients, and developing and retaining relations with our outstanding teaming partners.

John received his Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University, his Juris Doctor from George Washinton University, and is a member of the Professional Management Institute (PMI), the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC), the Association of Government Accountants (AGA), and the Virginia State Bar Association. He holds a Secret Clearance.

John lives with his three children and dog, Scout in Northern Virginia.
